In the 2nd book of "The Forest" series,  "The Blessings of the Forest", introduces Taya who learns what blessings are from Nell's sister, Roe.  Nell is decorating her home for Thanksgiving and while journeying to a friends birthday party, she learns about thankfulness and blessings.  Taya realizes that she wants to be a blessing giver too!   A great book for the holidays!
